Volleyball Queensland is thrilled to welcome Noosa Volleyball Club as a new affiliate for 2025!
Noosa Volleyball Club has traditionally focused on local social competition. This year, the club is expanding into more competitive volleyball by introducing junior and senior teams that will compete in Brisbane and State competitions. This shift provides players with new opportunities to develop their skills and take their game to the next level.
Craig Moore, Club President of Noosa Volleyball Club, said:
“Noosa Volleyball Club was established in 2018 by a small group of passionate people involved in a local social volleyball competition. We are excited by the affiliation with Volleyball Queensland and the opportunities it will provide in offering a pathway for many of our talented juniors involved in our social competition and training sessions. We look forward to a long association with Volleyball Queensland and the assistance it can offer us with technical and coaching support, as well as a large range of opportunities to further grow and develop our club.”
Gary O’Donnell, General Manager of Volleyball Queensland, said:
“We are thrilled to have Noosa Volleyball Club join the Volleyball Queensland family. This affiliation marks an exciting step forward for both the club and the broader volleyball community. We are committed to providing Noosa Volleyball Club with the resources, expertise, and opportunities they need to continue growing and developing both their players and the sport. We look forward to a long and successful partnership.”
We are looking forward to working with Noosa Volleyball Club and invite the wider Volleyball Queensland community to make them feel welcome.
